  Where I feel not so satisfied is when I took delivery of my truck, and maybe I should have been more diligent, however there were a few things I didn’t notice till later. First thing I noticed was the truck had over 1000 kms on the odometer. I was expecting maybe 350 to 400 since it was a dealer transfer from Salmon Arm but not 1000. Second there was a big rock chip in the hood, and probably happened while it was being driven from Salmon Arm but still this could have been corrected with a inspection of the truck before me taking delivery. But over all I was happy about the whole process and like I said I’d recommend them to a friend. The sales person was great and I’d do business with her again, my 6 year old son loved her. The truck is going back in this weekend for the installation of some extras I bought so this rating could change based on that.

  The updated Sync 3 dash technology is also a major improvement over the first iteration of this technology, not to say that Sync 1 was all that bad as reviews were wont to say.

  I am in my second Escape having stepped up to a 2017 model. This decision was based on my experience with the staff of Sunset service and also sales, as well as my driving experience with my earlier Escape, which is fun, economical and relaxing to drive.

  I have no real complaints with either of my Escapes, which are ergonomic for my wife and me, with my wife being multiply handicapped and needs a vehicle easy to enter and leave. For us this is the perfect vehicle.
