  We were greeted immediately and promptly seated. The server (daughter of one of the owners/cooks) took our drink orders right after handing us menus.

  It is hard to find good calamari because people usually over-cook it and make it rubbery. Not the case here. The batter was light, crisp and not at all greasy. The calamari was melt-in-your mouth perfection. If you like seafood you should definitely try this appetizer!

  The server was quite friendly and happily provided suggestions. She easily handled seven tables, never missed a beat and made sure everyone was happy. She managed to check on us frequently, without hovering and anticipated our needs.

  Spring House Restaurant is my favourite restaurant in 100 Mile House so far. Do your tastebuds a favour and treat yourself to a meal at the Spring House.

  We visited Spring House for a late lunch. As we parked, I was skeptical. The exterior of the building is worn and dumpy looking.

  When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. The interior of this family-owned restaurant is bright and clean. The entry has plants on each side of the door, which provides nearby tables with privacy. The restaurant isn't super fancy, but it is bright, clean and the tables were spread out enough for everyone to have a nice, quiet lunch. It is a comfortable and relaxing place.

  Had an amazing dinner here. Started with the calamari which looked and tasted amazing! I had the Donair stuffed with chicken fries and fresh tazhiki, it was something different and I'm glad I tried it! Definitely will go back.

  We had the pork spring roll appetizer as well. They are miniature versions of the traditional Philippino spring rolls. Crunchy and lightly seasoned bundles of scrumptious! The tzatziki sauce was out of this world! I had the chicken souvlaki and my husband had the Spring House special barbecue skewers. The skewers don't come with anything else, but the side dishes that came with my souvlaki provided both of us with enough food. The server was concerned my hubby wouldn't have enough food and double-checked to make sure he knew how much he was getting. Both the skewers and the Souvlaki were seasoned perfectly.
